The problem

What shall we have tonight?

You’ve saved hundreds of recipes and still pick the same thing again, because searching takes longer than cooking. You remember it had chicken in it and was quick, but not what it was called.

How Smaquli solves it

Search, filter and choose

Search by name, even if you don’t remember it exactly. Or filter: Smaquli estimates the difficulty, chopping, type and method of every recipe itself. Your own choice always wins.

What it doesn’t do (yet)

  • Smaquli catches typos in the recipe name, not in the rest of the text.
  • There are no collections or folders (yet); you find recipes with search and filters.
  • Smaquli doesn’t make a meal plan (yet).

Questions

Can I search with a typo?

Yes, in the recipe name. Search for "shaksuka" and you’ll find the shakshuka.

Who decides whether a recipe is easy?

Smaquli estimates it, just like the chopping, the type and the method. If you disagree, change it; your own choice wins.

Does salt count towards At most 5 ingredients?

No. Whatever is Always in stock, like salt, pepper and olive oil, doesn’t count.

Can I put recipes in folders?

No, there are no collections (yet). You find them with search and the filters.
