Extra people
With Premium, four of you can use Smaquli. If you want more, up to 10 in total, each extra person costs €1 a month, or €12 a year on an annual plan.
- On an annual plan, you pay for an extra person straight away, pro rata for each full month that’s left.
- On a monthly plan, you usually only pay from the next payment.
- If you remove an extra person, the subscription gets cheaper from the next payment. You don’t get anything back for the current period.
Cancelling and withdrawing
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Premium then carries on until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Withdrawing
Changed your mind? You can withdraw within 14 days of the first payment, with the "Herroep hier de overeenkomst" (withdraw from the agreement) button in the app. You get your payments back, including those for extra people, and Premium stops straight away.
Paying
You make the first payment with iDEAL, credit card or Bancontact; after that it’s automatic. Card and bank details never reach us. Only the household owner manages the subscription.

Questions
Can I try Smaquli for free first?
Yes. Free stays free, with no end date. You keep up to 10 recipes, and each month you can import 2 times and swap 2 times.
What happens to my recipes if I stop Premium?
20 recipes stay active, and you choose which. The rest goes into the vault: you still see the title and photo, but the contents are locked. Take Premium again and everything is back straight away. We delete nothing.
What happens to a free account I no longer use?
If you don’t log in for 12 months, you get an email. If you still don’t log in during the month after that, we clear the account, with everything in it. That way we don’t keep data of people who have stopped.
What exactly does unlimited mean?
That you import and swap as much as you like. There’s only a brake against misuse: at most 30 imports and 60 AI actions per person per hour.
How do I pay?
The first time with iDEAL, credit card or Bancontact, then automatically.
